Biomethane currently sells at premiums over traditional natural gas due to the value of the environmental credits produced through the use of renewable fuels. We currently market biomethane from our clients’ operating high BTU projects representing over 2.5 million MMBTUs annually, enough to power more than 26,000 homes or 36,000 cars.
